Fruity Polish Time

Ingredients

5 cl Vodka Purovka
3 cl Lemon Juice
1 fresh Egg White
2 bs powdered Sugar
10 Years old Port

Preparation

Shake all ingredients very vigorously in a shaker on ice cubes and strain onto a large ICE CUBE in the tumbler. Drizzle a little (max. 2 cl) port on the drink and garnish with 1 cocktail cherry.
